Our Process

The professional and personal requirements demanded of the candidates are determined in a detailed briefing and documented in a specification.

We  produce the best possible market overview with the utilitzation of current research, recommendations made by our contacts in the industry and our data base. We then identify potential candidates systematically by referring to the search profile.

Using an individual and discrete approach we contact candidates that are already known to us and newly identified people who seem to be promising. We can react immediately to the doubts and questions of the candidates as we contact them. The ability to find outstanding managerial staff and to arouse their interest in the vacant position is the key to success in finding the most appropriate candidate.

Any candidates we feel may be qualified are then interviewed personally by a consultant in a process which is partially structured. We analyze the curriculum vitaes and references carefully during the selection process. Personal impressions we receive during the conversations are also considered when making a decision. Our clients receive detailed reports about the most qualified candidates.

Our consultants know how important it is for you to fill the position as quickly as possible. We gladly assist you in organizing appointments and accompany the candidates when they present themselves to you. We play the role of both facilitator and trusted advisor for both parties during the further interviews and conversations with the necessary measure of sensitivity until the contract has been signed.
